Learning to listen to your body and trying to figure out exactly what foods are right for you or what foods might cause you body pain or inflammation is the beginning step to learning intuitive eating. Learning exactly what foods work for you is such a freeing experience for you. The good news is that you never have to diet one more day in your life! In fact, I am learning to reject the diet mentality and am gradually becoming more connected to experience my body. In the course of learning about intuitive eating I have managed to find out what foods to eat and lose weight. I have discovered the Nutrient Dense foods that my body requires to not only function but to feel more energetic and younger.
